Dr. Wu graduated from the University Of Toronto School Of Dentistry in 1992 and completed his specialty training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 1997. He is Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in both the US and Canada. His commitment to excellence in patient care has also led to his board certification with the American Board of Oral Implantology and the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. Dr. Wu has a particular interest in complex dental implant treatment utilizing state of the art digital technology to provide new teeth within 24 hours, restoring patients to improved function and esthetics. Since 1998, Dr. Wu has placed over 6,000 dental implants working with multiple restorative dentists in the Merrimack Valley and the Greater Boston area. Dr. Wu was the surgical specialist on the team that completed the first Smile Today DIEM2® full arch prosthesis in the Merrimack Valley in 2010. In addition to being the Surgical Consultant for ReNEW Dental in Tewksbury, MA, Dr. Wu maintains a teaching position at the Boston University School of Dental Medicine as a Clinical Assistant Professor and is a staff surgeon at Boston Medical Center, instructing future members of his profession in non-surgical esthetic facial rejuvenation treatments, dental implant treatments and outpatient IV anesthesia and surgery.
