Dr. Oshetski earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery and completed a General Practice Residency at the Baltimore Veteran's Affairs Medical Center. He continued at the Baltimore GPR residency program as a staff dentist where he focused on implant rehabilitations and supervised GPR residents in implant placement and restoration. Dr. Oshetski relocated to Midcoast Maine where his practice focuses on sedation, adult restorative and implant rehabilitations. Dr. Oshetski was awarded Fellowship in the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID).
